Two separate balances

The current HGN backend names HGN Tokens as an earned balance awarded for backend-verified playtime or other approved activity. HGN Golden Tokens are the separate premium balance: the backend credits them only after an authenticated, completed Tebex payment event for a configured package. These are HGN-specific digital balances, not Mojang or Microsoft currency. No token purchase is offered on this website today. Before any paid checkout opens, HGN must verify the live payment flow and clearly show which balance pays for each item, the real-money price of paid tokens, and the applicable consumer rights. Neither balance may be described as cash or redeemable for cash.

Before a player pays

Any future checkout must show the seller's real trading identity and contact details; the exact digital item and compatible platform/server; the currency and total real-money price including applicable taxes and fees; how and when the item is delivered; payment methods; and the applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and complaint process. A clear confirmation and online payment/purchase history must be available. Where credits are sold, the real-money equivalent of each item priced in credits should also be easy to see.

Currency boundaries

HGN virtual balances are specific to HGN and are not redeemable for cash or transferable to another server or real-world currency. They must not be presented as Mojang/Microsoft currency or as Minecoins. Those usage limits do not remove any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply to purchased Golden Tokens. If the actual backend cannot enforce the usage limits, sales should not open.

Cosmetic limits

Minecraft's current server guidelines permit many cosmetics but specifically exclude selling capes or anything visually acting as a Minecraft player cape. HGN must not offer paid capes. Item availability, duration, limits, eligibility, and any moderation effect on access must be disclosed before purchase. Do not use paid random rewards without a separate legal and age-safety review.

Refunds and player rights

No blanket "all sales final" rule applies here. Applicable consumer rights, including any digital-content withdrawal or conformity remedies, depend on the buyer's location and the exact checkout/consent flow. A completed policy and working support channel must exist before paid sales. A payment processor's rules do not replace the seller's legal obligations.

This readiness notice reflects the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and the European Commission's in-game currency principles. Requirements vary by country. HGN has not yet verified seller, provider, pricing, and age-control details; a qualified local adviser should review the live sales flow.
