What this covers

These terms describe access to the HGN launcher website, test distributions, and HGN-operated network features. They do not replace the Minecraft or Microsoft terms that govern your account and game. HGN is independent of Mojang and Microsoft.

Accounts and eligibility

Use a genuine paid Minecraft Java account and your own authorized Microsoft sign-in. Do not use cracked accounts, bypass authentication, impersonate another player, or share access in a way that breaks applicable account rules. A parent or guardian should supervise younger players and approve any future purchases where required.

Fair play and safety

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to access other accounts or systems. HGN may investigate violations and restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety or fair play. Players should be given a way to challenge an incorrect restriction through a published support channel; that channel is still to be added before paid services launch.

Downloads and availability

Only builds labeled stable on the official download page are public releases. Alpha and Beta builds are private tests. Features, supported platforms, and availability may change during testing. Back up your own worlds and data before using a test build. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Cosmetics and payments

Current site visitors cannot buy cosmetics or virtual currency here. If real-money sales are introduced, the checkout must first identify the seller, describe the item, show the final real-money price and applicable taxes, explain delivery and compatibility, provide payment and purchase history, and state legally compliant refund and withdrawal rights. Changes and contact

Material changes should be dated and communicated before taking effect. A verified public support contact and operator identification are still pending. Until those are published, no paid checkout should be enabled. Your mandatory legal rights are not waived by these terms.
